goal90 Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the goal90 platform, including all betting, casino, and payment services available to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
Using goal90 constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Only adults aged 18 and above may register and wager on goal90. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts.
goal90 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Each player may hold only one goal90 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be voided.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and goal90 ("the Company", "goal90", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the goal90 platform available at goal90.vip, including all associated products, features, content, and services (collectively "the Platform").
By accessing the goal90 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
goal90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, goal90 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the goal90 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. goal90 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit minors to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or agent of goal90 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a member of the immediate family of any such person.
- You have not previously been excluded from goal90 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
goal90 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be subject to review in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.
Account Registration
To access the full range of goal90 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the Platform. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your goal90 account:
3.1 Registration Requirements
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by goal90. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the goal90 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If goal90 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and retain any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. goal90 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify goal90 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
goal90 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. goal90 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend accounts pending the satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the goal90 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). goal90 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

4.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. goal90 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited will be credited to your goal90 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. goal90 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. goal90 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled by our payments team at any given time.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on goal90 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). goal90 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any conversion of funds from a foreign currency to BDT prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the player.
4.4 Player Funds
goal90 maintains player funds in accounts that are kept separate from the Company's own operational funds. This arrangement is intended to protect player balances in the ordinary course of business. However, goal90 does not guarantee the return of funds in the event of insolvency, and players should wager only what they can afford to lose.
Bonuses & Promotions
goal90 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed any verification steps required by goal90 at the time the offer is made. goal90 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to decline or revoke any bonus at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe the offer is being abused.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or collaborating with other players to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings will be voided.
5.4 Promotion Availability
Promotional offers on goal90 are made available at the Company's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. goal90 does not guarantee that any specific offer will be available at any given time, and the Company is under no obligation to provide equivalent offers in the future.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on goal90 is governed by the rules set out below, as well as by product-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, product-specific rules will take precedence over these general rules.
6.1 Sportsbook Bets
All bets placed on the goal90 sportsbook — covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. goal90 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, the use of automated betting software, or events being settled incorrectly due to data feed errors. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and arcade-style games — are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for individual titles are governed by the respective game provider and are available within the game interface. goal90 does not modify game logic or RTP settings.
6.3 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the goal90 Platform. These limits are displayed within each relevant product area. goal90 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or across all players at any time and without prior notice.
6.4 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error affecting any betting or gaming product, goal90 reserves the right to void the affected round, game, or bet. No player shall be entitled to claim winnings arising from a malfunction, and goal90's decision regarding the settlement of bets affected by technical issues shall be final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goal90 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, at goal90's sole discretion:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including but not limited to commercial betting, arbitrage betting at scale, or any form of matched betting scheme designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
- Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means of placing bets or interacting with casino games.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform or any of its underlying systems, APIs, or data feeds.
- Colluding with other players in any game or event, including but not limited to live poker, live blackjack, or any social gaming feature.
- Using proceeds from unlawful activity to fund a goal90 account, or using goal90 to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing goal90 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to claim a promotional offer for which you are not eligible, or exploiting any perceived loophole in a promotion's terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by goal90
goal90 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider. In circumstances where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, goal90 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit any remaining account balance.
8.2 Closure by the Player
Players may close their goal90 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon submitting a closure request, you will be asked to confirm your identity and the reason for closure. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the goal90 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be blocked from all access, and goal90 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the excluded player does not receive marketing communications. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. goal90 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player in advance. goal90 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder prior to applying any such fee. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in or contact support to reactivate their account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through goal90's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
